Mansions and Estates at Briggs Ranch

MBC Engineers performed the platting and civil design for this 50 acre apartment project. Abutting the Golf Club of Texas at Briggs Ranch, this apartment project consisted of 73 buildings and nearly 800 apartment units. MBC Engineers designed a 13,000 linear feet of public water main, a public road, sewer and water services to the site. MBC was also in charge of all surveying and construction staking for the project.

Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Gravesite

Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Gravesite,

Historic Fort Sam Houston was the site for this multi-million dollar expansion of the national cemetery in 1995. The project consisted of new gravesite areas, storm drainage improvements, new roads, underground utilities, new maintenance facilities and irrigation systems. Innovative designs were necessary so that the new construction would blend in with the 19th Century Old West Architecture of Fort Sam Houston.

Sedona Ranch Apartments in San Antonio, Texas

This 15 acre apartment complex consisted of 12 buildings and 384 units. MBC performed complete engineering services for this project including the design of two Water Quality Ponds and a floodplain analysis for Maverick Creek. The site was especially challenging due to the steep grades on which it was built. MBC Engineers examined several site options to find a feasible design that would meet the developer’s needs.

Northwoods Project 1604 & 281
San Antonio, Texas

Northwoods is a 160 acre master-planned mixed-use development that occurred over a 20 year span. The project lies over the recharge zone located at the intersection of Loop 164 and Highway 281. It consisted of public infrastructure, storm water detention ponds, both local and regional water quality, as well as extensive surveying and site planning.
