1971 - 1979: With the City Water Board of San Antonio, Mr. Liesman had developed extensive experience with the design of new production and distribution facilities and with the development and implementation of main replacement projects. He also served as primary plan reviewer and interface with consulting engineers designing systems for the City Water Board or for City Water acquisition.

April 1979 - Present: Project Engineer with Macina, Bose, Copeland and Associates, Inc.; Vice President since 1986. Mr. Liesman has designed and monitored the construction of millions of dollars worth of commercial site work, roadway installations, potable water and sanitary sewer systems and storm sewer and open-channel drainage facilities in new subdivisions. He oversees all aspects of plan and plat preparation, agency coordination, and client interaction. He has handled the design of major water main and sewer trunk main extensions and has been the design engineer for major County and State roadway projects.

David L. Allen, P.E.

1982 - 1983 Howard W. Gaddis Consulting Engineers - Performed various engineering tasks for public works improvement projects.

May 1984 - Present: Vice President since 1993 and Project Manager for Macina, Bose, Copeland and Associates, Inc. Experience is related to all phases of design and construction administration, including storm drainage, water distribution, sanitary sewage collection, site grading, gas and electric routing, pavement and parking design, platting and miscellaneous site improvements. Projects also included commercial buildings, athletic fields and business parks. Also served as part of the design team for projects such as Northwoods, Promontory Pointe Apartments the McDermott Center at UTHSC and South Park Mall.

January 1986 - September 1989: Macina, Bose, Copeland and Associates, Inc. Staff Engineer responsible for the design and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for storm drainage facilities, streets, roads, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems.

February 1990 - May 1993: Summit Engineering Corporation Consulting Engineers - Las Vegas, Nevada: Served as Project Manager responsible for the coordination, design, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for various residential and commercial development projects.

June 1993 - Present: Vice President since 1996 with Macina, Bose, Copeland and Associates, Inc. Project Manager responsible for design and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for numerous residential and commercial development projects.
